Flexitrain Workplace Training is committed to protecting your personal data and complying with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We only collect information needed to manage your training, certification and account, and we store it securely for seven years in line with legal requirements.

We may hold details such as your name, company information, contact details and relevant registration numbers. This information is used for essential administration, including booking management, issuing certificates and sending renewal reminders.

To deliver accredited qualifications, we share the minimum necessary learner information with our awarding organisations: NUCO Training, First Aid Awards (FAA) and ProTrainings. This data is used only for registration, certification and quality assurance. We do not share your information with any other third parties unless required by law or with your explicit consent.
