About us: Our story
Flexitrain Workplace Training is led by Russell, a dedicated instructor with more than twenty years of experience working with adults, young people and children. Beginning his career in Youth Services and Schools, he developed a natural ability to communicate clearly, build confidence and create learning environments where people feel supported and engaged.

Over the years, Russell has delivered training across a wide range of settings, including colleges, London councils, corporate teams, new parents, dance teachers, chaperones and private clients. He has also taught young people aged 8 to 16 at summer schools, helping them develop life‑saving skills in a fun and accessible way. His commitment to professional development includes a wide range of instructor level workplace training qualifications, ensuring every course is delivered with expertise and care.
